When you decide to build with us, you will have the option of picking your selections at our Design Center with your personal design consultant. Following your selections you will meet with our building expert to discuss the start of your home, your selections and our quality inspections. Upon completion of your new home, you will conduct what we call a “final walk through” with your building expert to make sure the home meets and exceeds your expectations.
Our financing and closing process is also simple- you will meet with one of our preferred lenders to help you understand how to finance your home. Once the home is completed and financing is in place you will close on your new home with a North Carolina bar licensed attorney.
