West Clemmonsville is a small community of just six single-family homes coming soon from Glenwood Homes on W. Clemmonsville Rd in Winston-Salem, NC (Forsyth County). It's a rare chance at new construction in a neighborhood that will never feel crowded.
The Homes
Homes at West Clemmonsville come in two Glenwood floor plans, the Magnolia and the Camden, with three of each. Both are 3-bedroom plans, from about 1,380 to 1,730 square feet.
Each home sits on its own homesite of about a fifth to a quarter acre, and gas furnaces come standard. With only six homes in the whole community, the neighborhood stays small.
